No Refund Policy

We do not offer refunds on any of our services or packages once payment has been processed. By using our services, you agree to this policy. All sales are final, and we encourage you to carefully consider your options before making a purchase or booking a service with us.

Payment Terms

  • Consultation Fee: A non-refundable fee of $50 is required for all consultations. This fee will be credited toward your selected package, should you choose to proceed.

  • Deposit: After your consultation and upon selecting your preferred package, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm your booking. This deposit secures our services and is necessary to move forward with your project.

  • Final Payment: The remaining balance of your service fee must be paid in full by the completion of the third stage of the project or event preparation. Failure to complete payment by this time may result in delays or cancellation of your service.

  • Third-Party Costs: Our package pricing covers only the services provided by Bride Tribe Network (BTN). Any additional costs, including those from external vendors (e.g., florists, caterers, photographers), are the responsibility of the client. BTN will not be held liable for these third-party expenses.

Cancellation Policy

  • Rescheduling Consultations: You may reschedule your consultation one time with at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to provide sufficient notice or repeated rescheduling may result in forfeiture of your consultation fee.

  • No Refunds on Cancellations: Once your booking is confirmed, no refunds or credits will be issued for cancellations, regardless of the reason.

Client Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Clients are responsible for providing all necessary details, preferences, and relevant information for the completion of their services. This includes any customizations, timelines, or requests.

  • Timely Communication: Delays in providing the required information may result in a delay in the delivery of our services. BTN is not responsible for any such delays caused by the client's failure to communicate in a timely manner.

Vendor Coordination

  • Third-Party Vendors: Bride Tribe Network acts solely as a liaison between our clients and the external vendors they choose. We do not have formal agreements or affiliations with any third-party vendors and are not responsible for issues, disputes, or additional costs that may arise during or after their services. Clients are encouraged to thoroughly vet and confirm their chosen vendors to avoid complications.

Confidentiality

  • Privacy: We value your privacy and will keep all personal and order information confidential. Your information will not be shared with third parties without your explicit consent, except as necessary to fulfill your order (e.g., communicating with vendors or shipping providers).

  • Social Media & Image Sharing: While we love showcasing our work, we respect your right to privacy. If you prefer not to have your images or event details shared publicly on our social media platforms, please notify us in advance. We will honor your request fully.

Shipping Disclaimer

For clients who require shipping services, we offer shipping through a third-party provider. While we facilitate this process, once the item has been transferred to the third-party shipper, BTN is no longer responsible for any shipping-related issues, including lost, damaged, or delayed items. We will, however, provide necessary support and assistance to help resolve any shipping concerns.

Quality Guarantee

We take pride in delivering high-quality services and products. If you encounter any issues with the final product, please notify us within 7 days of receipt. We will work diligently to address your concerns and ensure your satisfaction.

Force Majeure

Bride Tribe Network is not liable for any delays or failure to fulfill our obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. These may include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, pandemics, acts of war, terrorism, labor strikes, and other events classified as "acts of God."
